* All pre-registration must be done at least 3 days prior to the travelling date.
* Please remember to bring either an OKU card or a letter from a hospital or any GP stating the hidden disability condition.
* If you are a non-travelling guardian who has requested for special permission to escort the hidden disability passenger up to the boarding gates, you will need to inform our CARE Ambassadors at the Information Counter so that they can escort you to collect your airport security pass.
