Located on the third floor of the Main Terminal Building at the baggage reclaim area. It is managed by Tourism Malaysia and supported by Malaysia Airports and Malaysia Airlines.
Visitor services employees are available from 7.00 am to 9.00 pm to answer passengers' and visitors' questions and provide relevant airport information, flight information, accommodation, transportation, tourist information and other information that can assist them during their stay in Malaysia.
