GENERAL NOTICE
Your safety remains our top priority. Our airports are ready to welcome you with full compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), specially on safety and security by the Ministry of Health and National Disaster Management Agency for travelling in the new normal. Our front liners are on the ground to help you and ensure the processes at each touchpoint are carried out efficiently. We would also like you to continue playing your part in helping to curb the spread of the virus, by wearing face masks, practising physical distancing and sanitising and washing your hands frequently while travelling via our airports.

Please ensure that you have the MySejahtera app available on your mobile phone/gadget that showcases your latest health status.

Face Mask

Face mask is not compulsory indoors. However it is highly encouraged to put on your face mask at crowded areas.

Sneeze guards

We have installed anti-microbial sneeze guards at the service counters to ensure your well-being while speaking to airport staff.

Automatic hand sanitiser dispenser stations

For your convenience, we have installed automatic hand sanitiser dispensers at all touchpoints in the airport so that you can continue to practice good hygiene throughout your journey.

Scheduled sanitisation exercises

Our terminals are regularly sanitised and disinfected according to schedule using various methods such as dry-mist fumigation with a water-based chemical that kills 99% of microorganisms, Blu-ray anion nanospray gun and micro-mist blower which forms a thin layer of coating that protects the surfaces from any unwanted microorganism.
